Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final for health and hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate products once they have been shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@lavendersunspokendesires.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be exchanged.

Returning Damaged o Defective Items

Please contact us at: hello@lavendersunspokendesires.com before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions if a return is required. Do not send products back without contacting us first
